BASIC RULES FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns of Products
- The exchange process will only start after we receive the product at our company. After receiving the product, we will have 30 (thirty) consecutive days to solve the problem and return the product in perfect condition.
- If the defect is not remedied within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, the consumer may demand, alternatively and at his choice:
I - replacement of the product by another of the same type, in perfect conditions of use;
II - immediate refund of the amount paid.

Send the products following the guidelines below:
Communicate the shipment via email contato@btarsis.com.br so that we can authorize it and forward the procedure and address for receiving the product from our company.
With the specified defect (write on a sheet of paper and send it along with the product).
2 - Exchange for delivery of the product outside the specifications.
As a preventive measure, upon delivery, always check the packaging that contains the product. If you notice any problem or discrepancy, register it through a photo, refuse to receive it, dismissing the employee of the delivery company.
Then, send an e-mail to contato@btarsis.com.br, informing about the fact that occurred with the photo and the order number, that we will take all measures for a new shipment to be made.
But if only after accepting delivery, you notice any difference between the product purchased and the one received, you will have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt to report the problem. After your contact, we will take all measures to exchange the product.
GENERAL WARRANTY EXCLUSION CONDITIONS
The products will have their warranties automatically invalidated in the following cases:
a) Misuse of the product;
b) Poor conservation of the product;
c) Negligence in its use;
d) Damage or defect caused by the customer's act or related hypotheses.

DELIVERY POLICY
The delivery time for products established by A BTarsis Consultoria varies according to the carrier, depending on different possibilities of delivery method and destination.
The delivery period starts after confirmation of payment, varying according to the payment method requested at the time of purchase:
1. Boleto Bancário - Through the boleto, paid at any bank agency or internet, the delivery period starts counting only after confirmation of payment by the financial institution, which may take up to 3 working days.
2. Bank Transfer - The delivery period starts counting only after confirmation of payment by the financial institution, maximum period of 48 hours for approval.
3. Credit Card or Digital Payment - product delivery period starts to be valid from the confirmation of payment by the administrator of the chosen payment option. (Maximum period of 48 hours)
Delivery methods can be:
1. Simple Mail (PAC)
2. Express Mail (E-SEDEX or SEDEX)
The consumer protection code, Law 8078 of September 11, 1990, was created to establish rules for the relationship between companies and consumers in Brazil. IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY DUE TO NON LOCATION OR INACCESSIBILITY
The impossibility of delivering the product may occur due to:

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY DUE TO THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The buyer is obliged to provide the means to carry out the delivery at the address provided by him.
The hypothesis of absence of a person to properly receive the product, after attempted comprovada delivery, is considered for all purposes default by default, and the goods will be returned to the company headquarters. The process can be restarted, but only after payment by the customer of the value related to the reshipment of the product.
Expenses related to the transport of goods will always be borne by the customer, with no reimbursement for the amounts spent.
Amounts spent on transportation will not be refunded in cases of:

b) Resend due to error, default or omission by the customer;

BTarsis Consultoria may automatically cancel the purchase in the following situations:
a) Impossibility of executing the debit corresponding to the purchase on the credit card;
b) Failure to pay the bank slip within the stipulated period;
c) Non-consistency of the data filled in the customer's registration and/or purchase order;
d) Divergence of registration data informed by the client;
e) Electronic fraud.
f) Proven bad faith of the buyer based on an error presented on the website and verified by the regular market policies.
BTarsis Consultoria is exempt from any reimbursement based on the cancellation of the purchase order, and the customer cannot claim compensation at any time.We will refund the value of the product depending on the payment method you chose during the purchase. That is, if you paid with:
credit card: the card administrator receives the notification and, then, you will be refunded the entire value of the returned product at once, even if you chose to pay in installments. You can check the refund of the amount on the card statement, which will be credited.
The reversal period depends on the card issuer, but keep an eye out because the amount usually appears on up to two invoices, generated after your product return request.
Bank slip or direct debit: we will make a deposit within 10 (ten) business days in the current account of the person who made the purchase, which cannot be a joint account.
The CPF of the holder of the current account must be the same as the one on the order, which is also the same as the one on the record of the person who bought it.
pix: We are going to make a transfer via Pix, which will happen within 2 hours on the account with the registered pix key.
